01. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between the person opening or using an account and 981kiss. By accessing the website, registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager or using any 981kiss service, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted this agreement together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling information.

If you do not agree with any provision, you must not register, deposit or continue using 981kiss. The English version of these terms governs the relationship between the parties. Headings are provided for convenience and do not limit the meaning of a clause.

02. Definitions

In this agreement, the following expressions have the meanings set out below:

• “Account” means the personal player profile registered with 981kiss.

• “Player”, “you” or “your” means the verified individual who accesses or uses the Services.

• “Wager” means a casino stake, sports bet or other paid participation accepted by the 981kiss system.

03. Account Eligibility and Verification

You may register only if you are aged 21 or above, have full legal capacity, and are acting solely on your own behalf. Employees, contractors or persons prohibited by applicable law may not use 981kiss. An account may not be transferred, sold, shared or operated for another person.

You must provide complete and accurate information, including your legal name, date of birth, residential details and payment information. 981kiss may request proof of identity, proof of address, source-of-funds information or payment ownership evidence before processing a withdrawal or permitting continued access.

Only one account is permitted per player. Duplicate, misleading or fraudulent registrations may be closed, and related bonuses or winnings may be reviewed. Verification checks are conducted to protect players, prevent underage gambling, reduce fraud and meet international compliance obligations.

04. Account Security and Player Conduct

You are responsible for keeping your username, password and device access secure. You must not disclose login credentials or allow another person to use your 981kiss account. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access, a compromised password or an unfamiliar transaction.

Activity completed using correct account credentials may be treated as authorised unless 981kiss determines otherwise after investigation. You must use updated device security, log out on shared devices and avoid public networks when conducting financial transactions. 981kiss may temporarily restrict access while a security concern is reviewed.

05. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Reviews

Deposits may be offered in Malaysian Ringgit through supported channels such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB or other methods shown within the platform. Availability, minimum amounts and transaction limits may vary.

Payment methods must be registered in the verified player's name. Third-party funding may be rejected or returned. A deposit becomes available only after confirmation by the relevant provider. Bank or network delays are outside the direct control of 981kiss.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification, payment ownership checks, account review, wagering conditions and applicable limits. Whenever reasonably possible, funds will be returned through the original payment route. Published processing times are estimates rather than guarantees, particularly during bank maintenance, compliance reviews or public holidays in Malaysia.

981kiss may request additional documents where transaction activity is unusual, inconsistent with account history or potentially linked to fraud, money laundering, chargebacks or prohibited third-party use. Players must not use the platform as a money-transfer service.

06. Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Rewards

A player must review the applicable rules before accepting a 981kiss bonus. 07. Casino Games and Sports Betting

Game results are determined according to the rules displayed for each title. In the event of a discrepancy between a visual animation and the recorded system result, the validated server record will prevail. Interrupted rounds will be resolved according to the relevant game rules.

Sports and live football wagers

Sports bets, including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia and UFC markets, are governed by the market description and settlement rules shown when the bet is placed. Odds may change until a wager is accepted. A bet is valid only after confirmation appears in the player's 981kiss account history.

Obvious pricing errors, incorrect participants, duplicate markets or technical mistakes may be corrected. Void, postponed, abandoned or rescheduled events will be settled under the applicable sports rules. Official data sources and the recorded 981kiss transaction log will be used when resolving a dispute.

08. Fair Use and Prohibited Activity

Players must use 981kiss honestly and solely for personal entertainment. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Creating duplicate, false or coordinated accounts;
• Using another person's identity, bank account, e-wallet or payment credentials;
• Collusion, automated betting, scraping, interference with software or attempted system manipulation;
• Exploiting an obvious error, delayed feed, malfunction or incorrectly configured promotion;
• Submitting forged documents, initiating dishonest chargebacks or concealing the source of funds;
• Harassing support staff or using the Services for unlawful purposes.

Where prohibited activity is reasonably suspected, 981kiss may investigate, restrict transactions, cancel affected wagers, withhold disputed amounts or close the account. Legitimate undisputed balances will be handled in accordance with verification and legal obligations.

09. Responsible Gambling and 21+ Controls

981kiss is intended only for adults aged 21 and above. Gambling should remain entertainment and must never be viewed as guaranteed income, an investment or a way to recover debt. Players should set a budget in MYR, keep gambling separate from essential household spending and take regular breaks.

Account tools may include deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. 10. Suspension, Closure and Dormant Accounts

You may request account closure through support after outstanding wagers and payment reviews are resolved. 981kiss may suspend or close an account where required for security, verification, responsible gambling, legal compliance, breach investigation or protection of other players.

Before eligible funds are released, 981kiss may complete identity and payment checks. An account with no login or transaction activity for an extended period may be treated as dormant. Any dormant-account treatment or fee will be communicated in advance and applied only where permitted.

11. Service Availability and Limitation of Liability

981kiss aims to maintain stable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, internet failure, payment-provider downtime, device faults, cyber incidents or events outside reasonable control may affect access. Players should verify that wagers and transactions appear in account history before assuming they were accepted.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 981kiss is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from unavailable service, player device failure, unauthorised credential sharing or reliance on gambling as a source of income. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Privacy, Intellectual Property and Amendments

The 981kiss name, logo, page design, written materials, databases and software elements are protected intellectual property. Players receive a limited, personal and revocable right to use the website for lawful entertainment. Copying, reselling, modifying or commercially exploiting platform materials is prohibited.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated to reflect legal, security, payment, operational or product changes. Material amendments will take effect after reasonable notice where practicable. Continued use after an effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.
